FTC Warns Google,Yahoo,Microsoft Over Paid Ads Labels

FTC (Federal Trade Commission) recently has sent out warning letters to about 24 companies including Google,Yahoo,Microsoft etc..urging them to remove the paid ads labels.

Now a days most search engines are conventionally showing some search results at the top which are considered to be the most relevant results to the users query.Search engines increasingly shows their paid ads without explicitly indicates so.FTC has sent the warning letters to the companies inorder to warn them and to clear the spots of paid ads.

FTC’s letters specifically warns the all 24 search engines to decrease the display of regular and paid ads which is difficult to distinguish from each other.FTC also clearly says to display the ads with pre-stated labels.So it can distinguished from other ads like regular ads and from the relevant search results.

Let’s hope that in response to the warning letter from FTC,Search engine may adopt better practices.

Leaked Images of iPhone 5S Reveals the Dual LED Flash and Bigger Battery

Recently we have found some leaked images of Apple’s iPhone 5S.In the leaked images it appears to be retaining the redesigned older logic board of  iPhone5.Also the leaked images clearly shows the dual LED flash and the bigger battery of iPhone 5S.

Finally the leaked rear shell exactly reveals the pill shaped window for the dual LED unlikely from the round window.

We also found out that the iPhone appears to come with a better 5.92 Whr battery,which is exactly different from the current generation of iPhone 5 with a battery of 5.45 Whr.

One of the images showing the processor doesn’t reveals the carriage of  the A-series stamp like the one in the iPhone 5.

Japan court’s rules came out in favor of apple.The same claimed that Samsung had copied a patent detailing how icons on smartphones and tablets quiver back when users scroll to end of a document which is meant by the “Bounce-back” feature.Tokyo court has ruled that the Samsung mimics the Apple’s "bounce-back" feature used on its smartphones and tablets.It has reported that Apple had alleged Samsung copied the Apple’s "bounce-back" feature used on its smartphones and tablets.Bounce-back feature is that in which the icons on smartphones and tablets quiver back when users scroll to the end of an electronic document.
