Xperia Z Ultra is packed with a huge display of 6.4 inch while Galaxy Note II come with a 5.5 inch display.Both the display are 16:9 compatible and only the Xperia has the FHD feature which is 1920 X 1080.In case of Galaxy Note II,the display id not FHD,its only 1280 X 720.The main attractive feature of Sony Xperia Z Ultra is the pixels included per inch.It is 344 for Xperia and a low 267 for Galaxy Note II.However the Xperia Z Ultra has a stunning Display which attracts everyone.But Galaxy’s is not at all a stunning Screen.
Processor
The latest Qualcomm 800 Processor is another attractive feature of Xperia which is coming with 2.2GHz speed.In this aspect the Samsung offers us a comparatively poor processor and speed.It gives only 1.6Ghz which very low comparatively.
Storage
The major drawback or limitation of Xperia Z Ultra is that its storage is expandable up to 16GB but in Galaxy Note II the memory is expandable up to 64 GB.
Camera
In this case there is not much difference except the front camera of Sony which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note II.
Battery
In the case of battery Samsung is better as they offers a better battery with 3,100mAh capacity but Sony offers only a 3000mAh battery.

Sony Xperia is packed with the latest version of android which is the V.4.2 Jellybean while Galaxy Note II comes with the former version of Android –4.1 Jellybean with TouchWiz UI.In this aspect Sony again shows its superiority here.
Water & Dust Resistance
Water and dust resistance is the unique feature of Sony Xperia out of the smartphones launched so far.Samsung’s Galaxy and other smartphones are devoid of water and dust proofing feature.So here also Sony is the best option.

Stylus support is now available on the Galaxy and Xperia,but in fact Sony lets you an advanced step to use pencil on the Xperia UI.
